The program started on 11th July 2023, with the meet and greet between candidates, companies and all the partners and the process is still ongoing.

How: The project starts with an idea, several meetings between EGK, RCW, companies to establish terms of the project, what to be expected from all parties, candidate profiles and basic conditions to qualify. Whilst that was going on EGK was constantly meeting candidates that have shown interest through meetings and information sessions in group and on individual level to explain and determine possible qualifying candidates.
